When Fairmont-based MVB Bank expanded their presence in southern West Virginia, they selected Pray Construction to collaborate with their design team to deliver a 30,000 square-foot, $6 million office building and bank. From groundbreaking to ribbon-cutting was only 11 months, meeting a very aggressive schedule. The building is a local model of energy efficiency by creating a high-performance building skin that used a closed cell spray foam insulation process and an energy efficient window system. The bank lobby is state-of-the-art with automated banking experience without the traditional teller line.
