University of Charleston’s President’s House

Pray Construction is in the process of renovating the University of Charleston’s President’s Home for its new president, Marty Roth.  In partnership with Aric Margolis Architecture and historic preservation consultant Michael Gioulis, the renovation of the historic Young-Noyes house, built in 1922, is being renovated for the University. The home will be suitable to entertain students, faculty and friends of the University with improved indoor space and new outdoor space. The project may include a new kitchen and bathroom on the first floor and living spaces on the second and third floors. The renovation will be completed in early 2019.
