Based on Pray’s extensive experience in and success with medical office buildings, Pulmonary Associates selected Pray Construction to be their design-builder. Their new 21,000 square foot, two story building is located near Thomas Memorial Hospital and has an architectural style consistent with the hospital campus. The medical office building has 16 exam rooms, a nurses’ station, a spacious waiting area, a new sleeping lab, imaging facilities and a pulmonary rehabilitation practice.  The owners were thrilled to have had their spatial and budget goals met.
