QLabs was in need of an expansion and it was crucial they find a construction manager that matched their level of excellence and could meet their challenging schedule. They purchased a 23,450 square foot vacant building that needed an entire renovation. QLabs and the architect called on Pray Construction to complete a full renovation of the building featuring modern offices, conference rooms, a fitness center, and a 2,600 square foot state-of-the-art lab testing facility.
