Pray Construction Company was chosen by The City of Charleston to design and build two parking buildings in the downtown area. The city judged the design as the best of all five submitted and were then very impressed with Pray’s price, which was $1.5 million dollars less than the next competitor. The buildings were constructed in record time with not one day lost due to injury.
