Pray Construction was selected by a national builder of University complexes to participate in a campus upgrade at West Virginia State University. WVSU’s Judge Damon J. Keith Scholars Hall is a four-story, 291 bed facility that offers multiple unit types ranging from two-bedroom suites to full apartment units. This beautiful building is a prominent feature on WVSU’s campus. Pray was selected based on our outstanding reputation for quality, speed and management of resources.
