This award-winning downtown project, a 50,000 square-foot multi-story law office with a parking garage occupying the ground floor, was designed and built in less than seven months. Pray’s fast track approach to design and construction saved the customer substantially on their previous rent while reducing expenses involved with construction financing. Special attention was paid to the firm’s communication strategy, which has helped position them as a technology leader in their field.  Also, attention was given to acoustical control to provide the attorneys with much needed privacy.
